About Us

Pottsgrove Future Falcons Youth Football and Cheer (PGFF) is a non-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization offering the children within Pottsgrove and Pottstown an opportunity to participate in youth sports. We are an all-volunteer organization that relies on the community to come together to ensure success of the program for all children involved.

Our goal is to promote the involvement of children in a program that teaches teamwork, sportsmanship, good citizenship, superior work ethic, healthy morals, and knowledge in the competitive fundamentals of either football or cheerleading. It is the purpose of PGFF to teach the participating youth’s physical fitness, mental discipline, and teamwork, as it pertains to football and cheerleading, and to develop among the participants a winning attitude, scholarship, and sportsmanship, which will be carried both on and off the field of play.

PGFF is part of the Inter County Football League (ICFL) which is a grade-based league. We offer cheerleading and football for children in grades K-6.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and we will be happy to help.

Cheer26 - Fall 2026

Open to boys and girls in grades kindergarten through 6th grades.  We do have a limit on cheerleaders. Once we reach the max you will be put on a waitlist. 

 We require a $150 bond check before uniforms will be given out.  This is to ensure that all uniforms are returned at the end of the season in good condition.  The check will only be cashed if your uniform is not returned.

All PGFF families will be required to pay a $150 volunteer bond in the form of a check made out to PGFF This volunteer bond is per family, not per participant. The check will be returned at the end of the season to the family when the one-hour volunteer requirement is fulfilled. Coaches and Team Parents are excused from putting up a volunteer bond. 

 Payment Plans are available till June 1st!

Purchase our Annual Fundraiser Raffle Tickets! Selling a book of raffle tickets is a REQUIRED fundraiser and REQUIRED payment at registration.

Football26 - Fall 2026

Flag football is offered for boys and girls going into kindergarten in the fall through 1st grade.  Tackle football is offered for boys and girls in grades 2 through 6. Our season runs from the beginning of August through the end of November.  Equipment will be provided at all levels.  Before receiving equipment at the tackle level, a $300 bond check will be required.  The purpose of the check is to ensure all equipment will be returned at the end of the season in good condition and will only be cashed if all equipment is not returned.

We are now offering Girls Flag Football! 

Practice will be 2 days a week. Games Saturday or Sunday every week.
